The hotel's location is good, nestled amongst plentiful restaurants and easy to reach the Paony park. the rooms were kept in decent condition with clean bathrooms, although occasionally sheets weren't changed on request. Staff were generally helpful, though some communication barriers existed due to the limited English proficiency of some workers. Despite a lackluster breakfast, the restaurant's rotating view was the hotel's best feature.

The hotel's dated facilities significantly diminished the experience.

The hotel had a grand and impressive foyer, which was decorated for the Christmas season. The hotel also had a revolving restaurant on the top floor with stunning views of the city. The location of the hotel was great as it was situated near a beautiful park and close to many shopping areas. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not clean and towels were not changed every day, only upon request.
